Electronic Proof of Delivery (ePOD) is a paperless solution that enables you to execute your transport plans in the field and gain visibility of the whole delivery and collection process. The enhanced value of our ePOD solution is that all information is captured in real time with customers reporting that time to invoice has been drastically reduced as a result.  Errors are eliminated and invoice queries avoided.

Downloadable from the Google Play Store, and compatible with almost all Android smartphone and tablet devices it is intuitive and easy to use. Drivers need a basic smartphone device onto which you install the app. Once set up the app will allow your drivers to collect all vehicle check information (inc. photos) and allow you to execute your transport plans in the field, capturing real time information such as POD’s, exceptions, signatures, accidents with the ability to track vehicle movements and send ETA notifications. If you run third party vehicles and drivers, they just need to download the app onto their own smartphone and away they go.
